First: venue is key

Choose a clean, clean, flat site, be sure to stay away from dust, debris, put the hammer on two pieces of wood. Remember to clean the dirty hoses and connectors in time. It is recommended to use special cleaning oil for better effect.

Second: installation steps

(1) After the host and the site are ready, the first step is to align the boom of the host with the center of the crushing hammer pin. Next, carefully lower the host connecting rod, align the pin hole on the boom with the pin hole on the crushing hammer support, and then insert the pin shaft.

(2) Install the stop ring, align the bolt hole and insert the bolt. Cross tighten the two nuts. Note that if the stop ring is too tight with the nut, it will shorten the life of the bolt or cause it to become loose.

(3) Shut off the engine, if there is pressure in the hydraulic tank must be released completely. Turn the closure valve mounted on the end of the main boom 90 degrees to prevent hydraulic oil from flowing out. Nitrogen pressure will cause the rod to fly out. Do not operate near the rod.

(4) Loosen the tube plug on the crushing hammer hose and the tube joint cover on the front end of the main boom, and then connect the high pressure and low pressure oil hose to these joints respectively. There will be a small amount of hydraulic fluid, so find a container.

Third, disassembly steps

(1) The disassembly steps of the crushing hammer are opposite to the installation. After disassembly, plug the hose on the crushing hammer with a pipe plug to prevent mud and dust from entering the hose. Also cover the joint on the main boom to prevent dust from entering the piping. Be careful to take care of the removed parts.

(2) If the broken hammer removed is not used for a long time, anti-rust and other work must be done, such as grease coated on the clamping part of the drill rod, unloaded the hollow plug, spray a layer of anti-rust oil on the front of the piston, and the crushing hammer should be kept indoors.
