falling off due to vibration and thus failure.
(2) In the crushing hammer operation, the drill rod should always be
vertical to the surface of the broken object. And make the rod is
pressed to be broken object, broken should immediately stop crushing
hammer work, in order to prevent air play. Continuous aimless impact
will cause damage to the precursor of the crushing hammer and loosening
of the main bolt, and can hurt the host itself in serious cases.
(3) when crushing, do not use shaking rod, otherwise the main bolt and
rod may be broken; Do not make the crushing hammer fall down quickly or
hit hard stones, which will damage the crushing hammer or main engine
due to excessive impact.
(4) Do not crush in water or mud. In addition to the rod, other parts of
the crushing hammer body should not be immersed in water or mud,
otherwise the piston and other parts with similar functions will cause
premature loss of the crushing hammer due to the accumulation of mud.
(5) when breaking especially hard objects, should start from the edge,
do not continuously beat more than 1min at the same point, in order to
prevent rod burning or hydraulic oil overheating.
(6) Do not use the protection plate of the crushing hammer as a tool to
push heavy objects. Because the mining loaders are mainly minicomputers,
their weight is light. If they push heavy objects, the crushing hammer
will be damaged if they are light, and the lifting arm of the main
engine will be broken if they are heavy, and even the main engine will
overturn.

(7) The operation is carried out when the hydraulic cylinder is fully
extended or fully contracted, otherwise the impact vibration will be
transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder and thus to the host.
Maintenance of crushing hammer
Because the working conditions of the crushing hammer are very bad, the
correct maintenance can reduce the failure of the machine and prolong
the service life of the machine. In addition to the timely maintenance
of the host, the following points should also be paid attention to:
1, appearance inspection: check whether the bolts are loose; Whether the
connecting pin shaft is excessively worn; Check whether the clearance
between the drill rod and its bushing is normal, and whether there is
oil leakage in the interval, indicating that the low-pressure oil seal
has been damaged, and professionals should be asked to replace it.
2. Lubrication: The lubrication point of the working device should be
lubricated before operation and after each continuous operation for 2 ~
3h.
3, replace the hydraulic oil: the change of the hydraulic oil quality is
different because of the different working environment. The simple way
to judge the quality of the oil is to observe the color of the oil. When
the oil quality turns bad is very serious, the oil should be let off,
and then inject new oil after cleaning the tank and oil filter.
