Gun head, also known as crushing hammer, stone crushing, crushing device, is one of the accessories often used by excavators, often used for mountain cutting, breaking road surface, house demolition, bridge demolition, mining crushing stones and other working conditions.
The structure of the gun head is mainly divided into three blocks: the upper cylinder body (nitrogen chamber), the middle cylinder body (oil cylinder), the lower cylinder body, the three are connected by four full-body bolts. The upper cylinder is used to store low-pressure nitrogen, the middle cylinder is the piston, accumulator, oil seal, air exchange valve and so on, the lower cylinder has steel, flat pin, horizontal pin, inner and outer bushing.
It can be seen from the above figure that the main structure of
crushing hammer is divided into hammer body (movement) and bracket, in
which the upper splint and the lower splint respectively protect the
movement, and the drill rod is in direct contact with the material in
crushing operation. The accumulator mainly plays a buffer protection
role, which can prolong the service life of the crusher to a certain
extent. Generally small crushing hammer or crusher hammer with diameter
less than 10cm is not equipped with accumulator.
Gun head is powered hydrostatic pressure, hydraulic drive piston run up,
compressed nitrogen at the same time, when the piston to the reversing
valve, hydraulic direction change makes the piston down, at the same
time, influenced by nitrogen and piston weight force, so that the piston
high-speed impact drill rod, the reciprocating motion of broken rock,
concrete and other solid operations.
